the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, or be forever barred and excluded; that notice of the <br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate was given to all persons <br />Interested by publication of such notice for four consecutive weeks as required by law and the <br />order of this court in the Grand Island Semi - weekly Independent, a legal newspaper published and <br />circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, and that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expir4d. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of S.C.Huston, adminis- <br />trator, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is dis,, <br />charged of his trust and his bond released. <br />It is further considered by the court t:cat all persons are forever barred and precluded from <br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Caroline B.Knapp, deceased, and <br />that said estate is fully battled and closed. <br />The Court finas that the said Caroline B.Knapp departed this life on the 9th day of January, <br />1914, at her residence in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; that she died intestate and that she was at th <br />time of her death the owner of real estate in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that the said Caroline B.Knapp was at the time of her death the owne <br />in fee simple of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of <br />Nebraska, to -wit: Lots Six (6) and seven (7) and the West Half (WJ) of Lot Bight (8) in Block <br />Thirteen (13) in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, and Lots One (1) and Two <br />(2) in 73lock Thirty -Five (35) in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the city of Grand Island. <br />The court finds that the said Caroline B.Knapp left surviving her as her heir -at -law and hez <br />sole heir -at -law, Annie L.Hathaway her daughter; that the husband of the said Caroline B.Knapp, <br />deceased, preceeded her in death and that she left surviving her no other child or children and <br />no child of any deceased child. <br />The court finds that unaer the law of the State of Nebraska all of the above - mentioned and <br />described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Caroline B.Knapp to the said <br />Annie L.iathaway in absolute title. <br />It is therefore consi(lerea and adjudged by the court that Lots 1 and 2 in Block 35, and Lotsl <br />6,7 and the Westerly � of Lot 8 in Block 13, all in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grant' <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the said Caroline B.Knapp to <br />the said Annie L.
