<br />On consideration of t'r1e files aria tine records of thi8 office arid of the final report, the
<br />court finds that notice was given to all persons interested as required by law and the order of
<br />Court aat«a April 25th, 1917, of tae filing of s3dia report aiiu of title time and place fixed for
<br />final settlement of Baia estate; treat tn.e re �or.t is correct in ail resi.ects and ought to be allo,
<br />ed; tril,it. said administratrix has accounted for all of tale estate which carne into her possession
<br />and has paid ttie costs of administration and that there remains no money or other personal prope
<br />ty in her possession for distribu`inn.
<br />The court further finds t'1at the said Bradford Ellis departed this life intestate on the
<br />13th day of September, 1916, being at the time of his death a resident anu inhabitant of Hall
<br />county, Nebraska: The court finds that notice has been given to all creditors of the time ailowec
<br />and place appointed for fili.n� claims against the estate of said Bradford Ellis; that the time al-
<br />been
<br />lowed for filing; claims has fully expired ana that all claims filed ilaveAallowed Dy the court and
<br />same have been f,.,lly paid ana satisfied; that all claims outstanding against the said Bradford
<br />Ellis deceased, not so filed, if any such exist, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It i8 therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the administratrix,
<br />Henrietta C. Eilis) be and the aarrle hereby is approved and allo led as and for her final account
<br />and s:1e is discnzirged at' izer trust and her bond released.
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Bradford Ellis, deceased, and that said
<br />estate is fully settled and closed.
