Happold, administrator of the estate of Frederick Schmidt, de- <br />ceased, having; been continued from the 14th day of April, 1917, for distribution of personal pro- <br />, <br />perty, arlu it satisfactorily appearing to the court from the proof on file that notice has been <br />g persons iven to all interested in the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed for <br />I <br />the hearing thereon, by Publication as required by law and the order of court. <br />On exwaination of said report and the files and records of this office, the court finds that <br />(I the administrator has accounted for all of the estate which came into his hands, has paid the fun <br />eral expenses, the expense of last sickness of said deceased, as well as the costs of administra- <br />tion, and has distributed the remainder of the money in his possession among the heirs of said de <br />;ceased, ana that there remains no money or other property in the possession of the administrator <br />r <br />I, belonging to said estate. <br />The court finds that by order of court dated September 2, 1916, creditors of the said Fred- <br />erick Schmidt, deceased, ,,,ere allowed six months from the 2nd day of October, 1916, in which to <br />I' <br />file their claims with the proof thereof in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebras <br />l ya, for allowance; that notice of the place appointed and time allowed for filing claims against <br />�I <br />sala estate was k;iv:n to all persons interested by publication as required by law and the order <br />of court; that the time so allowed for filing claims h"s fully expired, and that all claim filed <br />j and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding <br />f <br />j agd,inst said estate not so filed and within the time limited, if any such there be, are therefore <br />I <br />forever barred and excluded. <br />it is, therefore, ordered and considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims or dewanas against the estate of Frederick Schmidt, deceased, and that said <br />ii estate is fully settled ana closed. <br />I+ The court further finds that the administrator has distributed among the heirs of said Fred - <br />I <br />erick Schmidt, deceased, all of the money in his hands at the time of filing said report, as di- <br />r{ rected by the court in the Order of Distribution made and entered of record on the 3rd day of <br />April, 1917, p Pp <br />and that his report should be approved and allowed as and for his final account. <br />I It is therefore by the court adjudged and decreed that the report of Carl W. Happold, admin- <br />istrator of the estate of Frederick Schmidt, deceased, be and the same hereby is approved and al- <br />lowed as his final account and he is discharged of his trust and his bond released. <br />The court finds that thesaO Frederick Schmidt was at the time of his death the owner in fee <br />simple of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall, and State of Nebrask , <br />f' <br />'= <br />to-wit: <br />Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Block 37 in Packer & Barr's Second Addition to Grand Island, Nebras <br />it <br />? ka. <br />The court finds that the said Frederick Schmidt was an unmarried man and left no issue sur- <br />viving him; that he left as his legal heirsAthe following named persona; Gerd Schmidt, his brother; <br />I! Lena Schmidt, his sister; John Schmidt, a brother, ana the following named children of Sophia <br />e Seipel, a deceased sister: Harry D.Seipel, Anna, A. Engle, Lena J. Engle, Lizzie S.Seipel, Katie M <br />Seipel, Otto W. Seipel, Addle E. Seipel, John F. Seipel and Emma W. Seipel. <br />l <br />The court finds that under ana by virtue of the law of descent of the real estate of the <br />State of Nebraska, all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at <br />P, <br />11 the deatei of the said Frederick Schmidt in the manner following, to -wit: <br />
