<br />Wilhelm Meier, deceased.)
<br />Now on this 31 day of March, 1917, this cause came on for hear-
<br />ing upon the final report of Louise ageier, Administratrix of the estate of Wilhelm Meier, deceas-
<br />ed, and the court having examined the records and files and being duly advised in the premises
<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the
<br />time and place fixed for the hearing upon the final report of the said Louise Meier, as such A d-
<br />ministratrix, in the manner provided by law and as heretofore ordered by the court.
<br />And the court having examined the report of the said Louise Meier.as such administratrix, to.
<br />gether with the vouchers on file finds that said report is correct in all things and that the s
<br />ought to be allowed as and for the final report of said administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that said aaministratrix has paid all claims filed against said es-
<br />tate, the funeral expenses of said deceased, the costs of administration and has fully accounted
<br />for and duly paid out all money coming into her hands as such administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed by the court for the filing of claims against the estate of the said Wilhelm
<br />Meier, deceased, that the time so fixed has fully expired and tnat claims against said estate not
<br />filed as provided by the order r'f the court, if any such there be, are fully barred and excluded.
<br />The court further finds that the said Wilhelm Meier, departed this life intestate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />ty, Nebraska; that the said Wilhelm Meier left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only
<br />heirs at law Louise Tgeier, his surviving widow, Ella Paustian, Forma Schwieger, and Olga Morehead,'.
<br />daughters, and Walter veier, a son.
<br />The court further finds tnat the said Wilhelm Meier died seized as tae owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-
<br />wit:
<br />The east half of the northeast quarter and Lot No. Two (2) on mainland, in Section Number
<br />Fourteen (14), in Townshig" Eleven (11), North of Range number Iiine (9), west of the Sixtn P.M.,
<br />and containing 111 and 57100 acres, according; to government survey, and that at the time of his
<br />death said premises was the home and homestead of the said Wilhelm. Meier and his wife Louise T.Teie:
<br />and their children, and that the said Louise T!,eier was the mother of all the children of the said
<br />Wilhelm Meier, deceased.
<br />The court further finds that the said Louise Meier has the romestead estate in and to the
<br />premises above described.
<br />The court furtqer finds that upon the death of the said Wilhelm 2.Teier the title to the prem-
<br />ises above described did pass and descend under the intestate laws of the State of Nebraska as
<br />follows: one -third by fee simple title to Louise Meier,surviving widow of said Wilhelm rgeier,
<br />deceased, and two - thirds to the said Ella Paustian, Buma Senwieger, Olga Morehead ana Walter
<br />T,Teier, children of said deceased, share and snare alike, subject however to the homestead estate
<br />of the said Louise Meier in and to said premises.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the the court that the report of the said
