<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my sister, Sarah Ann Seaman of Hoboken, N.J. the sum of $25

<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my niece, Rosy Boyd, daughter of my sister, Sybilla Sager of
<br />Colfax, Iowa, the sum of $100 in cash.
<br />All the rest and residue of my estate, real, personal and mixed of which I may die seized or
<br />possessed, wherever situatea, I give, devise ana bequeath in equal parts as follows:
<br />One- fourth to the surviving children of my late brother, James Moll, share and share alike.
<br />One- fourth to the surviving daughter of my late brother, Milton Moll, Reno moll.
