Mullin <br />(S E A L) County Juage. <br />Filed for recoru the 17 day of April, 1917, at 11 o'clock A.M. <br />Register of De s. <br />- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o -o -o -o <br />FINAL DECREE: - <br />In The County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In the matter of the estate of) <br />( F I N A L D EC R EE. <br />Rebecca Tester, Deceased.) <br />Now on this 14th day of April, 1917, it appearing to the satis- <br />faction of the court from the proof on file, that all persons interested in the estate of Rebecca', <br />Tester, deceased, have entered their voluntary appearance herein, waived time and further notice) <br />this cause came on for nearing upon the final report of Julius Boeck, administrator of said estatj <br />On consideration of the files and records in this office, and after full and complete exam- <br />ination of said report, the court being fully advised in the premises, finds that the report is <br />correct in all respects ana ought to be allowed; that the administrator has accounted for all of <br />the estate which came into his possession and that tnere remains no money or other property in <br />his hands for distribution. <br />The court finds that by order of this court duly entered of record on the 24th day of Decem- <br />ber, 1909, creuitora of the said Rebecca Tester, aeceasea, were allowed 6 months from the loth da <br />oi' January, 1910, in which to file their claims with the proof thereof in the office of the Count <br />Judge of Hall County, Nebraska; that the time so allowed for filing claims expired on the 10th ds <br />of July 1910; that notice was given to all persons interested in the manner provided by law and <br />the order of court; that all claims filed anu allowed against said estate have been duly paid, <br />and that all claims outstanding against the said Rebecca Tester, deceased, not so filed and withi <br />the time allowed for filing claims are therefore, forever barren ana excluded. <br />It is therefore, considered and adjuaged by the court that the report of the administrator <br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for :his final account, ana he is discharged <br />of his trust and his bond released. <br />1 11 <br />The court finds that the said Rebecca Tester departed this life, intestate, on the 1.5trh day <br />of December, 1909, and that she was at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and that she left surviving her as her heirs -at -law and her only heirs -at -law the following namec <br />persons: Maurice J.C.Tester, her nusban d; Harry.
