<br />hereby revoking all former wills made by me.

<br />ence and hearing, that this instrument was his last will and testament, and we, at his request,
<br />signed our names hereto in his presence, as attesting witnesses.

<br />The court further finds that the said Valentine W. Gideon, son .of said deceased, named as onE
<br />of the legatees ana devisees in aaia will, died prior to the death of said testator; that he left
<br />no widow, surviving him, out aia leave surviving him as his children and only heirs -at -law the fol-
<br />lowing named persons, viz: George A. Gideon, Elmer R. Gideon, Lottie C. Bayne (formerly Gideon),
<br />Marion T. Gideon, and Charles Gideon, all of them being grandchildren of the said testator, and
<br />all of whom, except the said Charles Gideon and the said Murion T. Gideon, being more than 21 yeas
<br />of age; that, under the provisions of said will, the above - named children ana heirs -at -law of the
<br />said Valentine W. Gideon, deceased, took their fatner's share in the property and estate of said
<br />Peter V. Gideon, deceased. That all of the other children, legatees and devisees of said decease(
<br />survived him, and are still living.
<br />The court further finds that, upon the death of the said Peter M. Gideon, the said above -des-
<br />cribed .real estate, together with all personal property of said deceased, passed and descended,
<br />under the provisions of said will, to the said devisees and legatees named therein as follows:
<br />To Sterling P. Gideon, son of deceased, 1/ share
<br />To Teary E. Denman, daughter of deceased, 1/5 share,
<br />To Albert L. Gideon, son of deceased, 1/5 share,
<br />To Edna olive Beekman, aaughter of deceased, 1/5 share,
<br />To George A. Gideon, grandson of deceased, 1125 share,
<br />To Eimer R. Gideon, grandson of deceased, 125 share,
<br />To Lottie C. Bayne, granddaughter of deceased, 125 share,
<br />To Marion T. Gideon, grandson of deceased, 1/25 share,
<br />To Charles Gideon, grandson of deceased, 125 share,
<br />and the same is hereby awarded to them as tenants in common in the shares above set forth; that
<br />the said D. C. Gideon, executor of said estate, has accounted for all and singular of the moneys
<br />ana p roporties of said estate coming into his possession; has paid all debts of said estate and

<br />administration thereof, and that there remains in his hands for distribution among
<br />said legatees, the sum of $276.76, ana that same should be distributed as follows:

<br />And same is hereby ordered to be paid to them.
<br />It is, therefore, by the court adjudged, considered and decreed that all claims or debts of
<br />said estate, not filed against same, hereby are forever barred and precluded; that said final
<br />report of said D. C. Gideon, executor, be and hereby is in all things approved and allowed, and
<br />that upon the payment of the said such of $276.76 remaining in his hands for distribution, to the
<br />persons entitled tfiereto and the filing of their several receipts therefor in this court, the ex-
<br />ecutor will be discharged from said trust and his bond released; that, upon the death of said
<br />Peter 14. Gideon the above- aescrined real estate owned by him passed and descended to the said
<br />above -named devisees and legatees and the heirs -at -law of said Valentine T. Gideon, deceased, as
