I= <br />FINAL DECREE:- <br />in The County Court Of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In the matter of the estate of ) <br />F I N A L D E C R EE. <br />Sadie J. Iiix, Deceased.. ) <br />Now on this 3rd day of April, 1917, this cause came on to be <br />heard upon the final report of Carrie 0. `Wingert, administratrix of the estate of Sadie J. Mix, <br />deceased, it satisfactorily appearing to the court from the proof on file that all persons inter - <br />ested in the estate of :aid deceased have been duly notified and have entered their voluntary ap- <br />pearance herein, waiving; time and further notice, and consent to the settlement of said estate <br />without notice by publication or otherwise. <br />On consideration of the files and records ana the testimony, the court finds that the report <br />of the administratrix is correct in every respect and ought to be allowed; that she has received <br />no money or other personal property belonging to said estate, and that there, is nothing in her <br />hands for distribution. <br />It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court tnat the report of the administratrix, <br />Carrie 0. Wingert, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account an� <br />she is discharged of her trust. <br />The court finds that creditors of the said Sadie J. Mix, deceased, were, by order of tnis <br />court dated March 8th, 1916, allowed six months from the 3rd day of April, 1916, in which to pre - <br />1 <br />sent their claims with the proof thereof in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Neb- <br />raska, for allowance, that the time so allowed for filing claims against said estate has fully <br />expired; that notice of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims was given to all <br />persons interested in the estate of said deceased by publication of such notice for four consecu- <br />tive weeks in the Cairo :Record, a legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Neb- <br />raska; that all claims filed and allowed against the estate of said Sadie J. Mix, deceased, have <br />been maid and satisfied, and that all claims outstanding against the said deceased not so filed <br />for allowance are therefore, forever barred and excluded. <br />It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up arty claims or demands against the estate of Sadie J. Mix, deceased, anal <br />that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The court finds that the said Sadie J. Ifix, departed this life on the 12th day of February, <br />1916, and that she ,vas immediately preceding her death a resident of the village of Cairo, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; that she died intestate; that the said Sadie J. Mix was an unmarried woman; that <br />sh;e left no issue; that her father preceded her in death and that tier mother Carrie 0.Wingert, isi <br />therefore, the sole surviving heir at law of the said deceased. <br />The court finds that the said Sadie J. Mix, died possessed in fee simple of the following <br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: Lot No. One <br />(1) and the 1uorth iialf of Lot No. Two (2) in Block No. Two (2) in the Third Addition to the villa), <br />of Cairo; Lots i4o. Three (3) and Four (4) in Block No. Three (3) in the Fourth Addition to Cairo, <br />and that by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of the above mentioned and <br />described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Sadie J. Mix, intestate, to <br />Carrie 0. Wingert, her mother in fee simple. <br />It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court that all of the right, title and in- <br />terest of Sadie J. llix, in and to lot No. l,and the North a of Lot No. 2 in Block zoo. 2, in the <br />Third Addition to <br />Cairo, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and Lots No.3 and <br />4 in Block No. 3 <br />in the Fourth <br />Addition to Cairo, <br />Hall <br />County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at <br />the death of the <br />said Sadie J. <br />Mix, intestate, under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, to Carrie 0.
