ULU <br />u <br />NO <br />ceased and the costs of administration have been fully paid. <br />M0 <br />The court further finds that the <br />said Albert Vieregg died seized as the owner in fee simple <br />of the <br />following described real estate <br />situated in the county of Hall and State of Nebraska, towil <br />I <br />Lot <br />Number Four (4) in Block Number <br />One (1), in "Wiebe's Audition to the City of Grand <br />� <br />Island, <br />and <br />that said premises were, at the <br />time of the death of the said Albert Vieregg, the <br />homestead) <br />of the <br />said Albert Vieregg and Olga Vieregg, <br />his wife, and was then occupied by them as <br />a home - <br />stead, <br />and that the said Olga Vieregg <br />is entitled, under Vile law, to a homestead estate <br />in and toi <br />said premises. <br />The Court further finds that the said Albert Vieregg died, intestate, and that he left sur- <br />viving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law the following named persons: Olga <br />Vieregg, his surviving widow; Pauline Vieregg, a minor daughter; John Vieregg, a minor son, and <br />Robert Vieregg, a minor son, and the court further finds that the said Olga Vieregg is the mother)) <br />of all of the children of the said Albert Vieregg, deceased, and that upon the death of the said <br />Albert Vieregg the real estate hereinbef ore described did pass and descend, by operation of law, <br />to the said Olga Vieregg, Pauline Vieregg, John Vieregg and Robert Vieregg, subject to the home - <br />stead estate therein of the said Olga Vieregg in the following proportions: To Olga Vieregg, an <br />undivided one third, and to said Pauline Vieregg, John Vieregg ana Robert Vieregg, each an unai- <br />vided two ninths. <br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged ana decreed by the court that the final report of the <br />said Olga Vieregg, as administratrox of the estate of Albert Vieregg, deceased, be and the same <br />hereby is approved and allowed, in all things, as and for her final report, the said Olga Vieregg <br />is discharged as such admini.stratrix and said estate closed. <br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that any and all persons having claims against <br />the estate of aaid Albert Vieregg, deceased, and not presented and allowed by the court are for - <br />ever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or asserting any claim against said estate. <br />It is further oraerea, adjudged and decreed by the court that upon the death of the said <br />Albert Vieregg the said Olga Vieregg became and was and is entitled to a homestead estate in and <br />to Baia premises hereinbefore described and that subject to said homestead estate said premises <br />aid pass ana descend by absolute title under the laws of the State of Nebraska to the said Olga <br />Vieregg,-Pauline Vieregg, John Vieregg and Robert Vieregg in the following proportions: To Olga <br />Vieregg, an undivided one third; and to Pauline Vieregg, John Vieregg and Robert Vieregg, each an <br />undivided two ninths. <br />J.
