<br />The North one -half (NJ) of the South West quarter (S.W.1i) of Section Nine (9), Township
<br />Eleven (11), Range Eight (8), in Merrick, County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Felix Geisinger departed this life on the 5th day of March,1911,
<br />leaving; a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 6th day
<br />of T.Ray, 1911, and that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament all of the
<br />I above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the testator to
<br />(Gertrude Geisinger, his widow, in absolute title as sole legatee.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that Lot 4 in .Block 12, and all the right and inter -�
<br />est of tae said Felix Geisinger in and to Lot 1 in .Block 16, and Lot 8 in Block 7, all in Kerno-
<br />han & Decker's Addition to tree City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />The South j of the NET and the NEVI of the NEI ana Lot 1 of Sect ion, g , in Township 11, Range g in
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, also described as
<br />The NEI of Section g, in Township 11, Range 8 in Merrick County, Nebraska, and
<br />The North -j of the South West I of Section 9, Township 11, Range 8 in Merrick County, Nebraska,
<br />did pass and descend at the death of the said Felix Geisinger under the provisions of his last
<br />will and testament, to Gertrude Geisinger, his widow, to have and to hold to her and to her heirs

<br />I, Felix Geisinger, farmer of Merrick County Nebraska being of sound mind and memory do make
<br />and publish this�my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
<br />First
<br />I direct that my funeral chargves, the expense of administering my Estate and all my just debts bel
<br />paid out of my personal property
<br />Second
<br />I give and devise to my wife Gertrude Geisinger all the Real Estate of which I shall die possessel
<br />to have and to hold with all tae tenements and appurtenance thereto belonging to the said Ger-
<br />trude Geisinger and to her heirs forever
<br />Third
<br />I give and bequeth to each of my children Henry, John, Peter, Felix A, Joseph, Mary,and Katharinal
<br />Geisinger and Lena Riss maiden name Geisinger the sum of Five and no/100 Dollars.
<br />Fourth
<br />I give and bequeth to my wife Gertrude Geisinger all my personal LPstate of every description of
<br />which I shall die possessed, including money and notes and claims for money, after first paying
<br />therefrom my just debts and the legacies set out heretof or_ in this my last will and testament to
<br />have and and to hold to her and to her heirs forever
<br />Fifth
<br />I hereby appoint my wife Gertrude Geisinger the sole executrix of this my last will and testament
<br />and hereby direct and order that my said executrix shall not be required to givejoond for the
<br />true performance of her duties as executrix, I also appoint my wife Guardian of my minor children
<br />Sixth
<br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my name at Grand Island Hall County Nebraska this 14 day
<br />of November 1901.
