<br />Felix Geisinger, Deceased.)
<br />Now on this 15th day of March, 1912, this cause came on for
<br />hearing, having been duly continued from the first day of March, 1912, and it appearing to the
<br />satisfaction of the Court that notice was given to all persons interested in the estate of Felix
<br />Geisinger, deceased, of the filing of the final report of the executor and of the time and place
<br />fixed for the hearing tnereon, and no one appearing to object to the allowance of said report,
<br />and it further appearing to the Court, after a full examination thereof that said report is cor-
<br />rect in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing to the court
<br />that Gertrude Geisinger, executrix, has fully accounted for all of the estate which came to her
<br />possession, it is, therefore,
<br />Ordered,
<br />Adjudged
<br />and Decreed that the
<br />report
<br />of Gertrude Geisinger,
<br />Executrix, be and the
<br />same hereby is
<br />approved
<br />and allowed as and
<br />for her
<br />final account and she
<br />is discharged of her
<br />trust.
<br />It is found by the Court tnat notice has_given to all creditors of the said Felix Geisinger,
<br />deceased, of the time allowed by the court for filing claims against his estate; that the time
<br />limited for presenting claims has fully expired.;, that all claims filed and allowed have been paid
<br />and satisfied; that all legacies under the will of said deceased 'lave been paid; that all claims
<br />against said estate not filed within the time limited are barren.
<br />It is therefore by the Court Considered and Adjudged that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Felix Geisinger, deceased,
<br />and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />It is found by the Court tnat the said Felix Geisinger was at the time of his death the owne
<br />of the following describeu real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4), in .Block Twelve (12) in Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Isla
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot One (1), Block Sixteen (16), in Kernohan & Decker's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, In Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot Fight (8), in Block Seven (7), in Kernohan & Decker's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The South Half of the North East Quarter and the North .East Quarter of the North East Quar-
<br />ter and Lot One (1) of Section Eight (8), Township Eleven (11), Range Eight (8 ) in Merrick Coun-
<br />ty, Nebraska, also described as the NEJ of Section 8, Township 11, Range 8, in derrick County,
<br />Nebraska, and,
