<br />ceased, vested in said Charles M. Porter, Trustee, subject however, to the dower interest of
<br />Jennie I. Porter, widow of said Irving A. Porter, deceased, With full power to sell and convey
<br />and give good title to any and all of said real estate so devised to him as such Trustee; and to
<br />make distribution among the beneficiaries under said will, as provided by the terms thereof, of
<br />the proceeds of the sale of any piece or parcel of said real estate, at such time or times as in
<br />his judgment and discretion shall be to the best interest of said trust estate and the beneficiar
<br />ies thereof.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that it is not and shall not be necessary for
<br />purchasers of said real estatetor any part thereof, to follow the purchase price thereof to its
<br />final distribution or application by said Charles M. Porter, Trustee.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the cost of these proceedings shall be paid;
<br />by said Trustee, Charles M. Porter, and charged by hirr, as a part of the expense against said true
<br />estate.
