Porter, deceased, with full power to make conveyance and dis-
tribution without the necessity of a purchaser following the purchase price to its final distri-
bution or application, and that the said Charles M. Porter as Trustee, under the terms of said 1
will and testament, has full power to sell and convey and give good title to any and all of said
real estate devised to him as such Trustee.
The Court further finds that it would be placing an unnecessary burden and expense upon the
beneficiaries mentioned in said last will, if the said Trustee were compelled to make distributio
of the proceeds of each individual sale of said real estate or part thereof immediately upon the
receipt of same, and that it was the intention of the saia testator to leave to the discretion of
the said Trustee named in said last will and testament, as to the time of distribution in order t
conserve said estate.
/d-
The Court further finds that it would tend to restrict the ready sale of said real estate if
the purchaser or purchasers thereof were compelled to follow the purchase price of its final dis-
tribution or application by the said Trustee.
The Court further final that all the material allegations in the complainants Bill of Com-
plaint contained, have been proven and are true, and that the complainant is entitled to the re-
lief, and all of it therein prayed.
It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the title in fee, to said real estate,.
to -wit:
.docks One (1), Two (2 ) and Three (3), Lot One (1) in Block Four (4), Lots Four (4), Five
(5), six (6), Seven (7), Twenty -five (25), Twenty -six (26), the North Half (N.J) of Lot Twenty -
eight (28) and all of Lot Twenty -nine (29), Lots Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Nineteen (19), Tweru
ty (20), Twenty -one (21), Twenty -two ( 2 2 ) and Twenty -three (23), Twenty -four ( 2 4 ) and the South
Twenty -five feet (25ft) of Lot Twenty- eight (28) all in Block Four (4) in Hillside, a subdivision
of part of the East Thirteen Hundred Twenty -three (1323 ft) Feet, lying South of Railroad, in the
Northeast Quarter (N.E.i) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Thirty -nine (39) North, Range Twelve
(12) East of the Third Principal 1eridian (3rd.P.M.) in Cook County, Illinois.
That part of the- Southeast Quarter (S.E.J) of Section Seven (7), Township Thirty -nine (39)
North, Range Twelve (12) East of the Third Principal Meridian (3r d.P.M.) in Cook County, Illinois;
South of Indian Boundary Line and South of Butterfield Road.
The East Half (E.1) of the Northeast Quarter (N.E.J) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Thir-
ty -nine (39) North, Range Twelve (12) East of the Third Principal Meridian (3rd.P.M.) in Cook
County, Illinois, South of Butterfield Road and North of Railroad.
Tna,t part of the West Half (W.1) of the Northeast Quarter (N.E.f) of Section Eighteen (18),
Township Thirty -nine (39) Borth, Range Twelve (12) East of the Third Principal Meridian (3rd.P.Td.
in Cook County, Illinois, lying North of Indian Boundary Line and South of Butterfield Road,(ex-
cept Railroad right of way).
That part of the West Half (W,J) of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eighteen (18), Township
Thirty nine (39) North, Range Twelve (12), East of the Third Principal Meridian (3rd.P.M.) in Co
County, Illinois, lying South of the Indian Boundary Line (except Railroad right of way street
;t
