•KRA "M the sum of Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty -nine (2829.00) Dollars, the same having been � heretofore advanced to him by me, and that said TWO Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty-nine ($2829.00) Dollars, be divided equally between the other of my said children. I direct that from the share coming to my said son Milo I. Porter, there be deducted the SUM Of Two Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty -five ($2335.00) Dollars, the same having been beret fore advanced to him by me and that said Two Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty -five ($2335-00) Dollars, be divided between the other of my said children. I direct that from the share coming to my said son George H. Porter, there be deducted the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2500-00) Dollars the same having heretofore been advanced to him by me, and that said Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2500-00) Dollars be divided equally between the other of my said children. I direct taat from the share coming to my said son Charles M. Porter, there be deducted the sum of Nineteen hundred and Fifty 31950-00) Dollars the same having heretofore been advanced to him by me, and that said Nineteen Hundred and Fifty ($1950), Dollars be divided equally bet the other of my said children. I.A. P. 3• I direct that from the share coming to my said daughter Sarah M. Curtis, there be deducted the sum of Twenty-five Hundred and Eighty (42580.00) Dollars, the same having heretofore been ad- vanced to her by me, and that the said amount so to be deducted from the said share of said Sarah V. Curtis shall be divided equally between the other of my said children. I direct that the share coming to the children of my said deceased son Ashbel J. Porter, there be dedcuted the sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-seven ($3997.00) Dollars, the same having been heretofore advanced to him by me, and that said Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-seven ($3997.00) Dollars be equally divided between the other of my said Children. I direct that from the share coming to my said daughter Clara J. Atkins, there be deducted the sum of Two Thousana one Hundred and Twenty ($2120.00) Dollars the same having been heretofore advanced to her by me, and that said amount of Two Thousand one Hundred and Twenty ($2120.00) Dol- lars be divided equally between the other of my said children. I direct that from the share coming to my said daughter Eleanor B. Crook there be deducted the sum of Fourteen Hundred and Twenty-three ($1423-00) Dollars the same having been heretofore advanced to her by me, that said amount of Fourteen Hundr-ed and Twenty -three ($1423-0G) Dollars be divided equally between the other of my said children. I.A.P. 4. In case of the death of any of my children before my decease, I direct that the share coma to such child or children so deceased shall be paid to the child or children of any of such de- ceased child or children, share and share alike. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Charles M. Porter all of my real estate wheresoever situated, except that portion thereof above particularly described, aubject to the dower interest therein to my said wife, in trust for the uses and purposes following, namely: to take and have entire use, management, and control of the same, with full power to sell, lease, dispose of and ;convey by such deeas and written contracts as he shall deem best, and for such price and upon,su ,terms as he shall deem most advantageous to my saia children, for the purpose of raising any and all such sums of money to be divided among my said Children and the children of my deceased son AsAbel J. Porter as herein above directed. I hereby nominate ana appoint my son Charles MI. Porter executor of this will, and I direct that he be not required to give bond for the faithful discharge of his duties as such executor.
