<br />Know Ye. That the Last Will and Testament of William H. Michael, late of the District of
<br />Columbia deceased, having been, exhibited, proved and admitted to probate and record by said Court
<br />and duly recorded in the office of tie Register of Wills for the District of Columbia, the Clerk
<br />of said Court, Administration of all the money, goods, chattels, rights and credits of the said
<br />deceased was thereupon by said Court, on the 23 day of August, A.D.1916, granted and committed
<br />unto Emma Jane -mictiael: who, as Executrix of the Will of said deceased, first executed a bond
<br />to the United States, with good and sufficient security, approved by the said Court, in the pen -
<br />ally of Nine Hundred Dollars, conditioned for the payment of all debts, claims, damages and
<br />legacies, and took the oath prescribed and required by law; and whose appointment is unrevoked
<br />and still In force.
