<br />The court finds that under the law of descent of real estate in tine State of Lebraska, ail
<br />of said above - mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of said Anna
<br />Curry to Kate Curry, her mother, In absolute title.
<br />It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court trLat all of the right, title and in-
<br />terest. of Anna Curry in and to the North Half of the North `driest quarter of Section 28, in Townsh'
<br />10, in Range 12 in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the said Anna
