<br />petition of Lewis 07,uigle, Executor of said estate, for final settleruent and distribution and for
<br />his di:J1char ;e as Executor, anu t}ie evidence, and was submitted to the Court,
<br />Ors consiuera.tion whereof, the Court finds that notice of this hearing has been duly waived
<br />by all persons interested in said estate;
<br />That said Ann Quigle departed this life on or about tale 15t11 day of June, 1916,testate, at
<br />her resilience in Adams County, Nebraska; that she was, immediately preceding her death and for
<br />several years prior thereto, a resident and an inhabitant of Adams County, Nebraska;
<br />That on the 20th day of June, 1916, a paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Tes-
<br />tament of said Ann Quigle, deceased, was duly filed for probate in said Court, said Will being in
<br />words and figures followi.n;r, to -wit:
<br />I, Ann Quigle, of
<br />Doniphan,
<br />County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, considering the
<br />uncertainty
<br />of this mortal life,
<br />and being
<br />of sound mind and memory,
<br />do make and publish this
<br />my Last Will
<br />and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />1. I direct t'iat my funeral expenses, the cots of administering my estate and all my debts,
<br />if any, be paid out of my estate first.
<br />2. I give and bequeath to my son Lewis Quigle Lots Nos. Seven (7) and Tight (S) in Block
<br />No. One (1) in P,urger's Addition to the Village of Donipha.n, Nebraska, together with all the im-
<br />p.roveraents trnereon.
<br />3. I give and bequeath to my daughters Elcy F. Hageman ana Mary E. Kreider all my household
<br />goods,
<br />furniture,
<br />and Aearing apparel, snare
<br />and
<br />share alike.

<br />of my
<br />estate, real and personal, to my children, share
<br />anu s:rlare alike, namely to Amelia F. Sheaff, Jacob Quigle, Emery Quigle, Elcy F. Hageman, Lewis _
<br />Quigle Trustee for Mary E. Kreider and Lewis Quigle.
<br />5. I furtner direct that the share of my daughter,2ary I,. Kreider be held in trust by my son
<br />Lewis Qui_;le and invested by him, and that he shall pay over annually to my uaughter Mary E. Krei-
<br />der the net profits of such investments.
<br />6. I furti'ier direct that in case of cieata of her husband George M. Kreider, her share shall
<br />.at once be transferred by the above named Trustee to my daughter Mary E. Kreider; but in case of
<br />death of the latter, prior to the death of her husband George M. Kreider, her share shall at once
<br />revert and be payable to her sons Perian Kreider and Harry Kreider, share and share alike.
<br />7. If any of my legatees under this Will shall reject or protest the conditions t.nerei.n, it
<br />!is my will tat their respective share or shares shall be forfeited and revert to and be divided
<br />among, my otAer children or their descendants, that are accepting the conditions of this Will.
<br />�. I hereby appoint my son Lewis Quigle, executor of tail my L�-ist Will and Testament, with
<br />;full power to dispose of my estate, unless otherwise disposed of in this Will; he to serve without
<br />compensation anu aiso wing bonu as executor.
<br />9. I hereby revoke all former wills made by me.
