<br />Barbara Dermody, Deceased.)
<br />Now on this 25th day of November, 1916, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of the administrator of the estate of Barbara Dermody, deceased, it
<br />,appearing to the court from the files that notice was given to all persons interested as required?
<br />by the order of court dated November 11, 1916.
<br />On consideration of the report, the files and the testimony the court finds that said report
<br />is correct and ought to be allowed and that said administrator has accounted for all of the es-
<br />tate which came into his hands, and that there remains no property in his possession for distribu-�
<br />t ion.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Barbara Dermody as to the
<br />time allowed for filing claims, that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that
<br />all claims filed and allowed have been paid; that all claims outstanding against the said Barbara
<br />Dermody not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the administrator of
<br />the estate of Barbara Dermody, ueceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for
<br />hig final account and he is discharged of his trust and his bonCL is released, and it is further
<br />considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims against the es .
<br />tate of Barbara Dermody, deceased.
<br />The court finds that the said Barbara Dermody departed this life on the 28tH day Of JulY,19151
<br />'being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she died Intestate,
<br />leaving as her heirs at law, and her only heirs at law, the following named persons; Mary A.,'Roac�
<br />rand Mattle Bell Reeman, her sisters and Michael Dermody and William J. Dermody, her brothers; tlla+.,!'
<br />her father and mother preceeded her in death and that she never married.
<br />The court finds that the said Barbara Dermody died possessed of andundivided- one-third inter--
<br />est in the North one-half of the North-east Quarter (Na of N.E.j) of Section Eleven (11), in Town-1
<br />ship Ten (10), in Range Twelve (12), and an undivided one third Interest In the South one-half of
<br />the Soiitn-east quarter (S,1, of S.E.j) of Section Two (2), in Township Ten (10), in Range Twelve (12'
<br />all in Hall County, Nebraska, and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all Of
<br />!said real estate did pass and aescend at the ae.atft of the said Barbara Dermody, Intestate, to the
<br />said Vary A. Roach, Mattle Dell Reeman, Michael Dermody and William J. Dermody, in equal shares as
<br />tenants in common, and the court awards all of her said interest in said real estate to them and t(
<br />their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The court finds that tne personal property has been distributed among the heirs.

<br />a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court
