<br />The court finds that said Gottfried Klinge departed this life at his residence in Hall County
<br />Nebraska, on the lst day of November, 1915, and that he left a last will and testament, which ln-�

<br />Nebraska, on the 20th day of November, 1915, and recorded In this office.

<br />Tae court finds that under ana by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament,
<br />all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the
<br />said Gottfried Klinge, deceased, to Therese Klinge, his widow, for her use and benefit during the
<br />term of her natural life with full power to the said Therese Klinge to sell and convey or encumber
<br />all or any part of said real estate, and that at the death of the said Therese Klinge, all of

<br />County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Gottfried Klinge, under the provisions of
<br />Mis last will and testament, to Therese Klinge for and during the term of her natural life with
<br />full power to encumber and to sell and convey all or any part of said real estate, ana that at
