<br />Gottfried Klinge, deceased. )
<br />Now on this 8th day of March, 1917, it appearing to the e
<br />from the proof on file, that all persons interested in the estate of Gottfried Klinge, deceased,
<br />have entered their voluntary appearance herein, waived time and further notice, and have consent-
<br />ed to the allowance of said report, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Therese Klinge, executrix, of the last will and testament of Gottfried Klinge, deceased.
<br />On consideration of the files and records, and final report, the court finds that said re-
<br />port is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that the executrix ha� accounted for all
<br />the estate which came into her possession, and has paid the debts allowed against said estate, as
<br />well as the costs of administration, the expenses of last sickness and funeral expenses, and that
<br />there remains no money or other property in her hands for distribution.
<br />The court finds that creditors of said Gottfried Klinge, deceased, were by order of this
<br />court, dated, November 20th, 1915, allowed six months from the 20th day of December, 1915, in
<br />which to file their claims, duly authenticated; that notice of the time allowed and place appoint -
<br />ed for filing claims was given to all persons interested by publication of such notice for four
<br />consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Semi- weekly Independent, a legal newspaper; that the time
<br />so allowed for filing claims has long since expired, and that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />
