1 FINAL DECREE:- <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NILBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of)- <br />( F I N A L D E C R E E. <br />Ulysses S. Grant Roe, Deceased) <br />This cause cape on to be heard on the loth day of February, 1917, upon the final report of <br />Theodore P. Boehm, administrator of the estate of Ulysses S. Grant Roe, deceased. <br />Upon consideration of said report and of the files and records In this office, the court <br />finds that notice of the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed for examination <br />thereof, and for final settlement of the estate of said deceased, has been given to all persons <br />interested by publication as required by law, and the order of this court dated January 27, 1917, <br />and that no one has appeared to object to or protest against the allowance of the account of said <br />administrator. <br />The court finds that the report of the administrator is correct in every respect and should <br />be allowed; that he has accounted for all of the estate which came Into his possession and that <br />there remains no money or other property In the hands of the administrator for distribution. <br />The court finds that by order of this court dated July 5, 1916, creditors of said Ulysses S. <br />Grant Roe, deceased, were allowed six months from the 31st day of July, 1916, in which to file <br />their claims in the office of the County Judge of Hall County Nebraska, or be forever barred; <br />that notice of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims was given to all creditors <br />by publication of such notice for four successive weeks In the Wood River Interests, a legal news- <br />paper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, and that the time so allowed for filing <br />claims has fully expired; that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate; that all <br />I claims outstanding against said estate not so filed, if any such Viere be, are therefore barred <br />and excluded. <br />It is, tfterefore) considered by the court hat the report of the administrator, Theodore P. <br />Boehm, be and the same hereby is allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of <br />his trust and his bona released. <br />It Is further considered that all persons are forever barred, excluded and precluded from <br />,filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate-of Ulysses S. Grant Roe, deceased, <br />end that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The court finds that the said Ulysses S. Grant Roe departed this life on or about Vie 7th d <br />of February, 1916, at his resiaence in Hillsdale County, Micnigan, and that he died intestate <br />,leaving surviviii,- <br />him as his sole heir -at -law, Anna P. Nichols, his daughter; that he left no wi <br />ow surviving him and no other children and no child or children of his deceased child. <br />The court finds tqat the said lilysses S. Grant Roe was at the time of his death the owner of <br />!.the following described real estate situate In the County of Hail, and State of Nebra ka to-wit: <br />The South Half (SJ) of the North East Quarter (NET') of section Eight (9) in Township Ten (lo, <br />in Range Eleven (11) and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of the above <br />mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend and become the property of Anna P.NicholE <br />nee Roe, his daughter. <br />It Is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the South One-Half (SJ) <br />of the North Fast Quarter (mEJ) of section Eight (8) in Township Ten Nodh(Win Range Eleven (11) of <br />the 6" P:M. of Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the deatn. of Ulysses S. Grant Roe, <br />,intestate, under and by virtue of tne law of the State of Nebraska, to Anna P.Nichols , daughter of <br />;said Ulysses S. Grant Roe, In absolute title. <br />J. H.
