That the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that no claims were filed
against said estate;
73
That all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed, if any such there be, are,
therefore barred and excluded.
It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the administratrix of said estate
be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged
of her trust and her bond released.
It is further considered that all persons are forever barred from filing any claims or de --
mands against the estate of Margaretha Boldt, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and
closed.
The court finds that said Margaretha Boldt departed tAls life on the 11th day of August, 191 ,
intestate, -being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she left
surviving her as her only heirs at law, the following named persons;
Charles Boldt, a son, and Dora Likes, Elizabeth Boldt, Minnie Boldt and Marie Roldt, her
daughters.
ThO court finds that the said Margaretha Boldt aced possessed of an undivided one third part
in the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-
wit:
Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Thirty -four (34) in Lambert's Addition to the City of
Grand Islana.
The court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, the above mentioned
and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Margaretha Boldt in the
manner following:
To Charles Boldt, Dora Likes, Elizabeth Boldt, Minnie Boldt and Marie Boldt in equal shares
and in absolute title.
It is therefore considered by the court that the interest of Margaretha Boldt in and to Lots
5 and 6 in Block 34 in Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
did descend at her death to Charles Boldt, Dora Likes, Elizabeth Boldt, Minnie Boldt and Marie
Poldt in equal shares, an undivided one -fifth part thereof to each, in fee title.
