72 <br />same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account and see Is discharged of her <br />trust and her bond repeased. <br />The court finds that the said Wilhelm Boldt departed t_'ais life on the first day of May, 1909, <br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate, <br />leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law the following named persons: <br />Margaretha Boldt, his widow, his widow, and Charles Boldt, Dora Likes, Elizabeth Boldt, Min- <br />nie Boldt and Marie Boldt, his children. <br />The court finds that under the law Of descent of the State of Nebraska, the real estate of <br />which the said Wilhelm Boldt died seized, to-wit: Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Thirty- <br />four (34) of Lambert's Audition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass <br />and descend at the death of the said Wilhelm Boldt, In the manner following: <br />To Margaretha Boldt, his widow, one third part thereof in fee; <br />To Charles Boldt, Dora Likes, Elizabeth Boldt, Minnie Roldt and Marie Boldt, two thirds part <br />thereof in equal snares, two-fifteenths part to each, subject to the home stead rights of the sai( <br />Margaretha Boldt. <br />It is therefore considered that Lots 5 and 6, in Block 34' in Lambert's Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Wilhelm Boldt, <br />intestate, to his heirs in the manner following: <br />To yargaretha Rol dt, one third part thereof in fee; <br />To Charles Poldt, Dora Likes, Elizabeth Boldt, Minnie Boldt and Marie Boldt, two- <br />thirds part thereof In equal shares, subject the nomestead rights of the said widow therein. <br />J.
