<br />and the order or thia court, this cause care on for hearing upon the final report of Gustav C.
<br />:Krueger, executor, of the last will and testament of Johann Herman Krueger, deaeased.
<br />After a full examination of said report and of the files and records In this case, the court
<br />. finds that the report of said executor is correct In all respect and ought to be allowed; tqatthel
<br />said executor has accounted for all money and other property coming into his possession and that
<br />there remains In his possession no property of any nature for aistribution.
<br />The court finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors as required by law and
<br />the order of this court as to the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against the
<br />estate of the said Johann Herman Krueger, deceased; that the time so allowed for filing claims h
<br />fully expired and that all claims filed and allowed agains,t said estate have been paid and satis-
<br />fied, save and except the claim of Gustav Krueger against said estate upon which there remains du�
<br />the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty Four and Seventy Nine Hundredths Dollars, ($964.79), and the claim
<br />of William Krueger upon which there Is now due the sum of Two Hundred ana Forty Seven Dollars
<br />($247.00). The court finds that all claims outstanding against the estate of said Johann Herman
<br />Krueger, deceased, not so filed and within the time here limited, if any such there be, are there.-,

<br />fore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against tne estate of said Johann Herman Krueger, deceased, and
<br />that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />It is further considered by the court that the report of Gustav Krueger, executor, be and
<br />the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />The court finds that under tne, terms and provisions in the last will and testament of said
<br />Johann Herman Krueger, deceased, the sum of One Hundred Dollarz3 ($100.00) per annum was bequeathec
<br />to Alma Krueger, daughter of the testator during her minority, that this bequest has not been
<br />:paid; that the said Alma Krueger was at the time of tier fat-qer's death of the age of seventeen
<br />'years and that there is therefor due her from said estate the sum of $100.00 at this date; that
<br />there are no funds In the hands of the executor with which to pay this bequest and that the amount
<br />,due her, therefore should be and is a lien upon the real estate left by the deceased, until paid.
<br />The court finds that the said Johann Herman Krueger, departed this life on the 31st day of
<br />iDecei-aber, 1915, be;,ing at the time of his ueath, a resiuent of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left
<br />a last will and testatuont which was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 31S
<br />day of January, 1916.
<br />The court finds that the L3aia Johann Herman Krueger, deceased,,Was at tne time of his death
<br />the owner in fee of the following described real estate towit:
<br />A Half interest in the North West Quarter (NWJ) of Section Twenty (20) in Township Sixteen
<br />(16) North of Range Thirteen (13), West of the 61, P.T. in Sherman County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Sixteen (16) of Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Nine (9) in Block Eleven (11) of Rollins Audition to the City of Grand island, Hail
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The court finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said
<br />;Johann Herman Krueger, deceased, all of the above mentioned and described real estate aid pass and
<br />descend. at the death of the testator to Gustav Krueger, Anna Krueger, Margaret Krueger, Helene
<br />Krueger, William Krueger, 11innie Krueger, Clara Krueger and Alma Krueger, in equal shares to have
<br />and to hold to them anu their heirs and assigns foreverl subject to the payment of the claim of
<br />Gustav Krueger, in the sum of $964-79, the claim of William Krueger In the sum of $247-00, and subs
<br />ject to the payment of the bequest provided for in the will of the testator of $100.00 to Alma
<br />;Krueger, daughter of the testator.
