<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filinG; or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Michael Prochaska,, deceased, an
<br />that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Michael Prochaska departed this life on the 17th day of April,,
<br />1916, being,at the time of his death, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died in-
<br />testate.
<br />The court finds that the said Michael Prochaska, was an unmarried man, that his father pre -
<br />�I ceeded him in death and that lie left surviving him as his sole heir at law, Anna Prochaska, his
<br />mother; that he left no issue surviving him.
<br />The court further finds that the said Michael Prochaska -was at the time of his death the
<br />1 owner in fee simple of the follov�ing described real estate situate in the County of Hall,in the
<br />� State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />North west Quarter (NWf) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven
<br />(11) in Range Twelve, (12).
<br />T110 court finds that under the7 j�rovision of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all
<br />of the above mentioned and described reap estate did pass and descend at the death of the said
<br />Michael Prochaska, intestate, to the said Anna Prochaska in absolute title.
<br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the North west Quarter o
<br />Section 16, in Township 11, in Range 12, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the
<br />death of 11111chael Prochaska, intestate, to Anna Prochaska, his mother to have and to hOl d to her
<br />and her heirs and assigns forever.

<br />authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal
<br />jand of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
