<br />I, J. H. Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said
<br />County, do hereby certify that on the 31st day of January, 1916, the instrument purporting to be
<br />jthe last will and testament of Frank 14. Kesel, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court,
<br />That on the 10th day of April, 1916, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was
<br />f duly proved, probated and allowed as trio, last will ana testament of the real personal estate of
<br />said Frank M. Kesel, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the
<br />Court aforesaid.

<br />dow on this 20th day of January, 1917, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Gavin H. Geddes, executor of the last will and testament of
<br />Frank M. Kesel, aeceasea, it appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the proof now on fil(
<br />'that due and legal notice was given to all persons interested in the estate of said deceased, of
<br />I
<br />the filing; of said report and of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon, by publication as
<br />required 'hy the order of this court, dated January, 6th, 1917, and tthere being no objections or
<br />I
<br />protest on file.
<br />After a full examination of said report the court finds that the same 'is correct in all res-
<br />�1pect: ana ought to be allowed as and for the final report of said executor; that said executor
<br />has paid the costs of administration, as well as the specific legacies provided for under the
<br />last will and testament of said deceased, as shown by the receipts of tihelegacies filed herein,
<br />and that there remains no money or other property in the possession of the executor for distribu-
<br />ition.
<br />The court finds that by order of court dated March 31, 1916, creditors of said Frank M.Kesel,
<br />deceased, were ailoweu six months from the 3th day of may, 1916, in wnicri to present their claims
<br />in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, for allowance; that notice of the
<br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims was given to all persons interested by publica-
<br />tion of such notice for four consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Semi - Weekly Independent, a
<br />legal newspaper, and that the time allowea for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims
<br />outstanding against said estate, if' any such there be, are therefore forever barred.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Gavin H. Geddes, executor, be and
<br />the same hereby is approved and allowed as arid for his final account, and he is discharged of his
<br />Itrust and his bona released.
<br />It is furtaer considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or set-
<br />ting up any claims or demands against tree estate of Frank M. Kesel, deceased, and the said estate
<br />is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Frank M. Kesel departed this life on t1ne 26tH day of January,
<br />i
<br />.1916, being; at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left a last will
<br />and testament, which instrument was duly proved and allowed and admitted to probate in this court
<br />on tthe 10th day of April, 1916.
<br />The Court finds thiat tiie ouiu Frank M. Kesel died seized in fee simple of tiie following; des-
<br />cribed real estate, situate in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
