<br />Three (3), in Plock Fourteen (14), in Bonnie Rrae Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall Cour.
<br />ty, Nebraska, ana are the owners of, share ana share alike, and entitled to all of said real es-
<br />tate, and are entitled to the ,ame on distribution thereof, and no other person or per cans are
<br />entitled to any shire of same.
<br />The court further finas that William King, under and by virtue of tole last will and testa-
<br />mert of Edna 0. Rawles, deceased, is tree sole devisee and legatee of Lot Sever. (7), Block Letter-
<br />ea "A ", Jr. Sheridan Addition to the City of Alliance, Box .Butte County, Nebraska, and is the own
<br />of and entitled to tine same on distribution tliereof, and no other person or persons are entitled
<br />to any snare of same.
<br />It is therefore ordered and decreed, by tree court, that William King, executor of the estat
<br />of Egr.a 0. Rawles, deceased, be and he is hereby ordered to p, -ty to said Samuel R. Rawles and
<br />r:iary J. Rawles said sum of $1536.21, aria to endorse over axed aeliver to said Samuel B. Rawles any
<br />vary J. Rawles said notes described as follows, to -wit: Four notes for $725.00 each, all dated
<br />r ay lst, 1915, one due Ya.y lst, 1917, one due May lst, 1915, one due May 1st, 1919, and one due

<br />May lst, 1920, all liven by T Rachel D. Weston to Ednna 0. Rawles; and one note, dated April lst,

<br />1913, due nine months after da+e, for $150.00, given by H. R. Rawles to Edna 0. Rawles; and to
<br />assign and deliver to said Samuel F. Rawles ana Teary T. Rawles the mortrgage securing said notes,
<br />which mortgage was given by Rachel D. Weston to Edna. 0. Rawles, on Lots Nine (9), Ten (10) and
<br />Eleven (11), in Block Twenty Nine (29), original town, noti,, city of Alliance, Box Butte County,
<br />Nebraska, ana to assign ana deliver to said Samuel 13. Ravales ana ITary J. Rawles tree lease for
<br />state school land for the North East Quarter of Section 362 Township 20, Range 14, Valley County
<br />Nebraska.
<br />It is further ordered aria decreea by ttie court teat tfie said Samuel B. Rawles ana Mary J.
<br />Rawles be wid they are tiereby adjudged ana decreed to be the sole owners in fee simple, share anc
<br />share alike, of the following described real estate ana that same be and hereby is assigned to
<br />them, to -wit: Lot Three (3), in Flock Fourteen (14), in Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of
<br />Grana Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />It is further ordered and decreea that the Baia 'Xilliam. King be and ne is hereby adjudged
<br />and decreed to be the sole owner in fee simple of tine following aescribed real estate and that
<br />same be C,nd is hereby assigned to him, to -wit: Lot Seven (7), in Block Lettered "A ", in Sheri
<br />Addition to the City of Allian�.e, Box Butte County, Nebraska.
<br />It is further ordered and decreed, by the court, that the publication of the notice of the
<br />filing: and hearin,, on the final account of William King, executor of tine estate of Edna 0. Rawle ,
<br />deceased, and the filing and hearing on the petition for distribution, in the matter of said es-
<br />ta.te, be, and tae same is hereby ordered dispensed with, and the final report of William King, ex
<br />ecutor of trie estate of Eana 0. Rawles, deceased, zinc the petition for distribut ion in the matte
<br />of the said estate, be ana tree same are hereby allowed and approved without giving public or
<br />personal notice of the filing and nearing of same.
