<br />Grocery Company for 059.55, which said claims the court finds have been pain in full by William
<br />King, executor of the estate of Edna 0. Rawles, aeceasea, as shown by the receipts filed herein.
<br />That there were no debts or claims against said estate, of any kind, except funeral expenses and
<br />expenses of the last sickness of Edna 0. Rawles, deceased, costs of aaministering, her estate, at-
<br />torney's fee in tnis matter, a few other small debts, and bills paid to protect her said estate,
<br />all of wkiich costs, bills and expenses, the court finds from the evide�';ce and receipts filed in
<br />this matter, have beer, paid in full, by said executor, anu that there remains in t.ie hands of sail
<br />executor the following described personal property, to -wit: The sum of $1536.21, four notes for
<br />0725.00 eacti, all dated may lot, 1915, One due May 1st, 1917, one clue May lot, 1918,one due May
<br />ist, 1919, and one due May lst, 1920, all given by Rachel D. Weston to Edna O.Rawles; also one
<br />note, dated April lst, 1913, due nin_ mrntns after slate, for $150.00, given by H.P.Rawles to Edna
<br />O.Ralrles; also one lease for state school land for the North East. Quarter of Section 36, Township
<br />20, Range 14, Valley County, Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds ttiat Fdna 0. ?Rawles, deceased, left surviving her a father and mothe:
<br />namely, Samuel R. Rawles and I,Tary J. Rawles; and that said Samuel P. Rawles and TMry J. Rawles are
<br />the legal heirs and sole and only heirs of said Edna 0. Rawles, deceased, and the devisees and
<br />legatees of all her property, both real and personal, unuer and by virtue of the terms of her las,
<br />will and testament, except such property as si.e willed to Peter Donnelly and William King.
<br />The court further finds that unuer and by virtue of the terms of the last will and testament
<br />of lutia 0. Rawles, deceased, the said Samuel R. Rawles anu Mary J. Rawles are the owners of, spar
<br />and snare alike, 'nu entitlea to all of said sum of 41536.21, said four notes for $725.00 each,
<br />all uateu May lot, 1y15, one clue l,Tay ist, 1917, one due riay lot, 1915, one due May lot, 1919, and
<br />one due Uay lst, 1920, all given by Rachel D. Weston to Edna 0. Rawles; also said note, dated
<br />April lot, 1913, due nine months after date, for $150.00, given 'by H. B. Rawles to Edna 0. Rawles
<br />also said lease for state school lams for the North East Quarter of Section 36, Township 20,
<br />Range 14, Valley County, Nebraska; which said four notes the court finds are secured by a mortgag
<br />on Lots numbered Nine (9), ten (10), and Eleven (11), in Block Twenty Nine (29), original town,
<br />noir city of Alliance, Pox Butte County, Nebraska, ,given by Rachel D. Weston to Edna 0. Rawles.
<br />The court furttier finds from the evidence anu receipt filed herein that William Kiang, execu-
<br />tor of the estate of Fdna 0. Rawles, deceased, has erected a monument, over the grave of said
<br />Edna 0. Rawles, deceased, as directed ana authorized in the last will and `testament of said Edna
<br />0. Rawles, deceased, and that said monument is suitable to the memory of said Edna 0. Rawles, de-
<br />ceasea ana sufficient to comply witri her request set forth in her last will and testament.

<br />The court further finds from the evidence anu receipt filed herein that William. King, execu-
<br />tor of the estate of Euna 0. 13awles, deceased, has paid to Peter Donnelly the sum of $300.00,
<br />willed and bequeathed him by said Edna 0. 1Rawles, deceased, in her last will and testament.
<br />nine court further finch from the evidence and receipt filed herein that William Kink, execu -
<br />for of the estate of i,,una 0. Rawles, deceased, has delivered to Samuel R. Rawles and Teary J.
<br />Rawls the note, mortgage, all interest thereon, and a written release of said mortgage, describe
<br />in paragraph four of the last will and testament of said Eana 0. Rawles, deceased, but the court
<br />finds that the note described in said paragraph four of the last will and testament of Edna 0.
