<br />ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE.
<br />Now) on this 2nd day of June, 1916, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of
<br />William King, for the probate of the Will of Edna 0. Rawles, and It appearing to me from proof on
<br />file that proper notice of the penuency of tnis petition has 'been given to all parties interested
<br />in said estate, whereupon H. A. Copsey, orie of the subscribing witnesses to said Instrument, was
<br />sworn aria examined. Tne subscribing witnesses to said instrument being Blanche Sterling
<br />, and H.

<br />on consideration wnereof, I find tnat said will was duly executed as required by law by saiC
<br />Eana o.Rawles; tnat the said testatrix, at the time of makin.4-4 said will, was of will age and so
<br />mind and memory, and not under any restraint or undue influence, and was in all respects compe-
<br />tent to aevise real and personal estate; that said will has been duly proven ana sriould be allo
<br />ed as and for the last will and testament of Said Edna 0. Rawles.
<br />It is therefore considered by me that said last will and testament was duly executed, and
<br />that the same Is genuine and valid, and that said last will and testament be admitted to probate
<br />and established as a will and testament of real and personal estate, and it is further ordered
<br />that letters testamentary issue thereon to Vlilliwa King, upon his taking the oaten required by 1

<br />William. King, executor of the estate of Edna 0. Rawles, deceased, for distribution and assignment
<br />of tne -reoiclue of said estate,, now in his possession, to tae persons entitlea by law to receive
<br />same. That balu executor anu nib attorney and Samuel B. Rawles and Mary J. Rawles, fatner and
<br />mother, and devisees and legatees, unaer the last will and testament of Edna 0. Rawles, deceased,
<br />of all her property, both real and personal, except ghat which she willed anu devised to Peter
<br />Donnelly and William King, appeared in this matter, arid the ,jaid Samuel B. Rawles and Mary J.
<br />Rawles filed with the court on the 28th day of' December, 1916, a waiver of publication of notice
<br />of filing and hearing on the final report of William King, executor o' the estate of Edna O.'Rawlep,
<br />deceased, and the filing, of the -petition for distribution in the matter of said estate, praying
<br />that the publication of the notice of the filing; and hearing on said final account and petition
<br />for distribution be dispersed with, by tae court, ana that said final report and potition for aic.
<br />tributior be allowed, by the Court, without giving public or personal notice, and tniS matter was
<br />submitted to this court upon the petition of said executor and the evidence.
<br />On aue consideration wnereof the court finus that aue and sufficient notice of the waiver of
<br />publication of notice of the filing and nearing on the final report and petition for distribution
<br />in tics matter has been filed with the court, signea by the said Samuel B. Rawles and Mary J.
<br />Rawles, legal heirs and only persons interested in the residue of tiie estate of said Edna O.Rawlep,
<br />deceased.
<br />The court further finu6 that no claims or demands of any kind, against saia estate have been
<br />
