<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the time allowed and place appoint
<br />ed for filing claims against the-estate Of John Kruse, deceased; that the time so allowed has ful.
<br />ly expired and that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate, and that all claims
<br />outstanding against said estate of John Kruse, deceased, and not so filed, if any such there be,
<br />are therefore forever barred.
<br />It is, therefore, oonsiderea by the court that the report of Catharina Kruse, executrix, be
<br />and the same is hereby approved and allowed as her final account, and that she Is discharged of
<br />tier trust.
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persona are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of John Kruse, deceased, and that said estate
<br />is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that John Kruse, deceased,, departed this life on the 12th day of April, 1916,
<br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last will
