I, John Kruse, make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills. A appoint my wife Catharina Kruse executrix of this will and direct that she be permitted to assume tliat office without giving any bonds. To my dearly beloved wife Catharina Kruse I give all my personal property, money in bank, and ilding and loan shares, to be hers forever. In addition thereto I give and devise to her all my real estate for the term of her natural life. At her aeath I give to my saugnter Minnie Schippmann the use of my eighty acre piece of land described as the iiorthhalf of the North East quarter (NZ NE-1) of Section No. 24 in township No 12 North of range No. 9 in Hall County Nebraska for the term of the natural life of my said daughter subject to the life estate given to my wife. All the remainder of my estate shall be divided into two parts and shall go to the heirs at law of my brother Ernest Kruse of Hall County and one part snail go to the heirs of my brother in flaw Henry Peters of Hall County Nebr. per stirpes. I specifically provide that my wife snail have and I do hereby give to her the right to sell or dispose of any of my real estate, without hinderance on the part of my said daughter Minnie or the heirs of Ernest Kruse or Henry Peters, the same as tno she owned the fee in said premises. She shall have, for the purpose of selling said real estate or any part thereof the full right of disposition in the event that she may care to sell any of said real estate and none of the persons mentioned in this will or any of my heirs at law shall have any right in th�roceeds from such sal 1which proceeds shall become the property of my said wife to be used for her sole purpose. Should any prospective purchase require a quit claim deed or other release from any of the residuary devisees herein mentioned. I direct that such devisees snail execute such releases or lconveyaxices which my said wife shall require, without further consideration than that contained it ithis will.
