Gr Bz <br />1 <br />MININIMINEM9190111M M, <br />FINAL t <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of) <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />HENRY A.GALLUP, DECEASED.) <br />Now on this 9th day of December, it appearing to the court from <br />the proof on file that notice has been given to all persons interested, as required by the order <br />of court dated November 25,1916, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of the ad- <br />ministrator of the estate of Henry A. Gallup, deceased. <br />After a full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all res- <br />pects and ought to be allowed; that said administrator has accouned for all of the estate which <br />came into his hands;that notice was given to all creditors of the said deceased of the time allow- <br />ed for filing claims and that said time has fully expired; that all claims filed against said es- <br />tate have been fully paid, and that all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed, is <br />any such there be, are therefore forever barred ana excluded. <br />The court finds that the administrator has distributed the personal property in his hands <br />among those entitled to share in the distribution as shown by receipts of the heirs on file. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Walter W. Gallup, administrator <br />be and the same hereby is approved and aliowed as :and for his final account and he is discharged <br />of his trust and his bond released. <br />It is further considered that all persons are forever barred from riling or setting up any <br />claims against the estate of Henry A. Gallup, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled <br />and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Henry A. Gallup departed this life, intestate, on the 12th <br />day of April, 1916, being; at the time of nip death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that <br />he left surviving him the following named heirs: <br />Walter W. Gallup, his son, Frank Gallup, his son, Carrie Hale his daughter, wid 011ie Minshull <br />his daughter; that he left no widow. <br />The court finds that the said Henry A. Gallup died seized of the following described real <br />estate: <br />The East half of the North -west Quarter (E-g' of N.W.-I) of Section Eight (S),in Township Ten <br />(10 ), in Range-Ten (10 ), ana the North half of the North -east Quarter ( N4 of NEJ ) of Section Eight <br />(S ), in Township Ten (10), in Lange Ten (10 ),and Lot Six (6) in Block Twenty -six (26 ) in the orig- <br />inal town, now City of Grand Island, and Lot Two (2) and the west 113 of Lot One (1), in Block 8 <br />in Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Island, all situate in the County of Hall and State of <br />Nebraska. <br />The court finds that the said Henry A. Gallup was the owner at the time of his death of the <br />following* described real estate situate in Pennington County, South Dakota, to -wit: <br />The SWf of the NEJ and the south j of the NWj of Section 28. in Township 1, in Range 4 E of <br />B.H.M. , and the SEJ of the NFL of Section 29, in Township 1, Range 4 E. of B.H.M. <br />The court finds that all of the above mentioned ana describea real estate did descend at the <br />death of the said Henry A. Gallup to the said Walter W. Gallup, Frank Gallup, Carrie Hale and 01- <br />lie Minsnull, in equal snares as tenants in common. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that all of the above described real estate situate <br />In Hall County, State of Nebraska, did descend at the death of Henry A. Gallup, under the of des- <br />cent of said State, to Walter W.
