<br />8th. That upon the death of said Noel Henderson the said estate and inheritance of the said
<br />John N.Henderson by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska became and now is liable for the
<br />payment of inheritance tax in the following amounts, to -wit:

<br />Wherefore there is hereby levied upon said real estate situated in the County of
<br />Buffalo, and State of Nebraska, being Lots 5 and 6 in Hull's Addition to the Village of
<br />Shelton, the said sum of . ............................... ..........................$3.00
<br />And upon the said real estate situated in the County of Hall in the State
<br />of Nebraska, being the South East Quarter of Section No.20,ir1 'Township No.Ten,
<br />north, of Range No. 12, west of the 6tn P.M. the sum of .......................... $49.25 452.25
<br />which said tax said administrator is directed to pay, without further accounting.
<br />And it is by the court further considered, ordered and adjudged that each and all of the
<br />above and foregoing findings be, and they hereby are in all things established, adopted, approved
<br />ratified and confirmed. And that upon the payi;ent of saia inheritance tax as above stated said
<br />administrator be exonerated and discharged of his said trust ana the duties and liabilities of th
<br />';same in the usual form and manner practiced by this court in the premises.
