50
:111 I 1 11111 ffNiMm2
that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved; that the legacies provided
for in said last will and testament have been paid in full; that notice was given to creditors of
the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time allowed
for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims filed and allowed against said estate ha-
been paid and satisfied. The court finds that all claims outstanding against said estate, if any
such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded,
It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Henrietta C. Ellis, executrix, be
ana the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of
her trust, and it is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from fil.
ing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Mary Margaret Palmer, deceased, and
that said estate is fully settled and closed.
The court finds that the said Mary Margaret Palmer departed this life on the 23rd day of
February, 1916, being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she
left a last will and testament which was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this court on
the 19th day of April, 1916.
The court finds that the said Mary Margaret Palmer died seized of the following described
real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit.
Lots Numbered Four (4) and Five (5), In Block Nineteen (19), In the Village of Wood River.
The court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament all of said real
estate did pass and descend at her death to Henrietta C. Ellis, subject to the payment by the de-
visee of certain cash bequests, and that all of said bequests have been paid by her as shown by
the receipts on file.
It is therefore considered by the court that lots 4 and 5 in Block 19 in the Village of Wood
River, in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death of Mary Margaret Palmer, under the pro-
.
visions of her last will and testament, to Henrietta C.Ellis and to her heirs and assigns forever,
J.H.Mullin
Judge.
State of Nebraska,)
:so.
