<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Mary Margaret Palmer of Wood River in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of
<br />sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do
<br />therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament:
<br />First, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and fun-
<br />eral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />Second, After the .payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise, and bequeath
<br />to my sister Henrietta C. Ellis all my clothing, bedding and household furniture.
<br />Third, To my brother David F. Palmer the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00); to my sisters, Eliza
<br />Swank; Fannie Bartlett; and Elizabeth Engleman the sum of Ten Dollars each ($10.00)
<br />Fourth: To Harry Showers and Almon Showers, children of my deceased sister, Melisa J. Show-
<br />ers, the sum of five Dollars each {5.00)
<br />Fifth, To Lillie Palmer and Jacob Lewis Palmer children of my deceased brother Columbus M.
<br />Palmer the sum of Five Dollars each 05.00)
<br />Sixth, All the remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed I bequeath to my sister,
<br />Henrietta C. Ellis.
<br />Lastly, I make, constitute, and appoint Henrietta C. Ellis, without bond to be executrix of
<br />this MY last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 31st day of
<br />January in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred sixteen.

<br />ty, do hereby certify that on the 22 day of March 1916, the instrument purporting to be the last
<br />will and testament of Mary Margaret Palmer, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That
<br />on the 190 day of April 1916, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly prove
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Mary Mar-
<br />garet Palmer, deceased, and the same was oraered to be recorded in the records of the Court afore-
<br />said.

<br />Now on this 2nd day of December, 1916, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Henrietta C. Ellis, executrix of the last will and testament of
<br />Mary Margaret Palmer, deceased, it appearing; to the satisfaction of the court that notice was
<br />given to all persons interested by publication as required by the order of Court dated November
<br />17, 1916.
