<br />the said order of sale, and strictly in accord therewith, the said Ernst Wettstein did sell and
<br />assign the said note and mortgage to A.R.Thompson, said assignment being represented With the re-
<br />.port of the sale, and as a part of the same.
<br />And it appearing further that the said sale was regularly and fairly made; that the price ob-
<br />tained for the said note and mortgage was the best price that could be obtained for the said pro-
<br />perty at the time the same was sold, and that the said account and report of the administrator is
<br />In all respects true, and that all persons who would be adversly Interested In the said sale have
<br />heretofore joined requesting the sale, and no exception�or being made or filed by any person in-
<br />terested in the estate or otherwise to the granting of the said order prayed for;
<br />IT IS ORDERED, that the said sale and assignment to A.R.Thompson be, and the same is hereby
<br />:accepted, approved and declared valid, and the administrator is ordered to deliver said assign-
<br />ment, note and mortgage, on receipt of the money to be paid as mentioned herein.
