<br />On consideration of t le files and records of the office arid the testimony t!ne court finds
<br />that notice was given to all persons interested, treat tney have entereu their voluntary appearance,
<br />ana mist the court nas jurisdiction.
<br />The court finds tnat said report is correct in all respects and ouA;ht to be allowed; that th
<br />administrator has accounted for ail of trie estate wtnich came into ciis possession ana that there
<br />remains no property in his hands for distribution.
<br />The court finds that notice was given' to all creditors, by ,ublication,of t Ze time allowed
<br />and place ai.�pointea for filing claims against tine estate of said deceased; that tae time allowed
<br />for filing claims has fully expired; that no claims were filed against said estate, and that all
<br />claims out:standin„ against said deceased, not so filed, if any sucA there be, are therefore for -
<br />ever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered by t_ie court tla.t the report of the executor be ana tree same here•

<br />It is further considered by tie court that all persons are forever barred and precluded from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against tree estate of said Claus Hennings, deceased,

<br />will and testament w' -LIcn was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this court crn the Stir day of
<br />'March, 1916, aria recorded in tnis office.
<br />The court final tnat tae 6aiu Claus hennin_s was Vie owner in fee at the time of nis death
<br />of the following uescribea real estate situate in the Co-_tnty of Ball and State of Nebraska, to -wit
<br />Lot One (1) in Block Six (6) in WindolpA's Audition to Grand Island.
<br />Tne; South -east Quarter of Section 27 in Townskiip 11, in Range 10, containing; 145 acres.
<br />The North -east Quarter of tine Soutri -west Quarter ana ttie West Half of The South -east Quarter
<br />of Section 34 in Township 11 in Range 10 and one acre off the east side of tae east half of
<br />the Dorthwest Quarter of Section 34 in Township 11 in Range 10.
<br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of tae last will and testament of
<br />the said Claus Kennings, deceased, all of :;aid above described real estate did pass and descend
<br />at. his deatin in t'•ne manner follo�,,ving.
<br />Lot One in Block 05 in Windolph's Addition to Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, to Kath
<br />arina IIennings anu her heirs forever.
<br />The Southeast 4 of Section 27 in Township 11, in Ranee 10; tie Nortneast 4 of tae Southwest9

<br />Hail County, Nebraska, to Deter Jennings and to his heirs forever, subject to a criarge of five hug
<br />Bred dollars a year to be paid by him to Katnarina Hennings during the term of her natural life,
<br />and subject to the payment by him of the sum of Two Tnousand Dollars each to Anna Wiese, Carrie
<br />Krueger, Rosa Rehder. anu Tina Ehlers, dau.gftters of the testator.
<br />It is therefore by the court considered and adjudged tnat Lot One (1) in -Block Six (6) in
<br />ulinaolpft's Addition to Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at tine death
<br />of the said Claus Hennings, under tree terms of his last will aria testament, to KatAarina Hennings
<br />and to her heirs forever; that all of the remainder of the real estate owned by the deceased at
<br />the time of his death, and described �ibove, did, under tine provisions of his last will and testa-
<br />I ment , descend to and become the property of Peter Kennings subject to the payment by the devisee
<br />lof 9500.00 a year to Katharina Hennings, and subject to the payment by Aim of $2000.00 to Anna Wiese,
<br />$2000.00 to Carrie Krueger, 42000.00 to Rosa Rehder and $2000.00 to Tina filers.
