<br />I, Wilhelmine Klappenbach, make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wills.
<br />I, appoint Wilhelm Scheffel executor of this will and direct that he be permitted to act as
<br />such oi'ficer without giving bonds.
<br />To my nieces, Alvina Wetzel and Anna Yeier, aaughters of my brother Wilhelm Meier who lives in
<br />Cole Valley, Illinois, I give all the personal property which I die seized of or to which I may b(
<br />entitled.
<br />To the wife of my nephew Henry Sanders, Clara Sanders, I give, devise and bequeath all the
<br />real estate which I possess or to, which I may be entitled at the time of my death.

<br />Now on this 14th day of October, 1916, this cause came on for
<br />;hearing upon the final report of the executor of the last will and testament of Wilhelmine Klappen,
<br />'bach, deceased.
<br />On consideration of the files and the records the court finds that notice was given to all per-
<br />sons interested in the estate of said deceased as _required by law and the order of court dated
<br />October 3, 1916; that the report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that the ex-
<br />ecutor has accounted for all of the estate which came into his hands, has paid the expenses df ad-
<br />ministration ana the bequests unaer the will and that there remains nothing in his possession for
<br />distribution.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the time allowed and place appointed
<br />'for filing claims against said estate; that the time allowed for filing claims had fully expired;
