36 FJU AND DEGREE RECORD Nn. <br />WILL & DECREE:= <br />THE LAST WILL OF WILHELMINE KLAPPENBACH. <br />I, Wilhelmine Klappenbach, make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wills. <br />I, appoint Wilhelm Scheffel executor of this will and direct that he be permitted to act as <br />such oi'ficer without giving bonds. <br />To my nieces, Alvina Wetzel and Anna Yeier, aaughters of my brother Wilhelm Meier who lives in <br />Cole Valley, Illinois, I give all the personal property which I die seized of or to which I may b( <br />entitled. <br />To the wife of my nephew Henry Sanders, Clara Sanders, I give, devise and bequeath all the <br />real estate which I possess or to, which I may be entitled at the time of my death. <br />Done at Grand Island.Nebraska, <br />this 311' day of March, 1906. <br />Witness to mark. <br />Arthur C.Mayer <br />H.
