<br />first day of March, 1916, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Kate S.

<br />Now, on this 9t}'i day of October, 1916, this cause came on
<br />to be heard upon the-final report of Ralph R. north, as executor of the last will and testament
<br />Kate S. Roach, formerly Kate Scholey, deceased, and the court having examined the records and
<br />files herein, and being; fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon
<br />said final report, in the manner provided by law and as heretofore ordered by the court.
<br />And the oourt, having examined said report and the vouchers on file, finds that said report
<br />is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for
<br />the final report of the said Ralph R. Horth as such executor; that the said Ralph R. Horth re-
<br />ceived, as said executor, funds belonging to said estate amounting to the sum of $2653.10, and
<br />that he has disbursea from Sala estate, as shown by said report and vouchers, the sum of $2653.10
<br />and that no funds belonging to said estate now remain in his hands; that the said Ralph R. Horth
<br />still has in his hands the $200.00 trust fund mentioned in the 11th paragraph of the last will
<br />and testament
