<br />WILL & DECREE-
<br />I, John Adams, of Hastings, in the County of Hall and State, of Nebraska, being
<br />of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, dok
<br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, to -wit:
<br />First,- All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first duly paid.
<br />Second,- I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
<br />real and personal, to my beloved wife, Magdalena Adams, to have and to hold to her, my said wife,
<br />and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />Third,- I nominate and appoint my said wife, Magdalena Adams, to be the executor of this my
<br />last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and the seal this 13th day of November, A.D.
