<br />Novo on this 264th day of June, 1916, tais cause carne on for :near -
<br />ing upon the petition of John F. Hall, the widower of tine deceased, and interested as such in tier
<br />estate, praying for a settlement of the estate of said deceased, a determination of her heirs to
<br />the right of descent of tier real property, and the rights of said petitioner therein; and it ap-
<br />pearing, from the proof on file herein, that due and legal notice by publication for three consec-
<br />utive weeks, as by law and the orders of this court require, has been given to all creditors, heir
<br />and persons interested in the said estate, of the filing of said petition and of the time and
<br />place for hearing thereon, as fixed by this court, which time was more than thirty days and less
<br />than sixty days, after the filing of said petition; there being no 'objection5made thereto; the
<br />said cause was duly submittea to the court upon said petition, and the evidence of the petitioner
<br />in support thereof.
<br />And said cause being duly su$mittea to the court, and the court advised in the premises,findE
<br />that the allegations of said petition are true; that said Caroline Hall died intestate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on or about July 13, 1903; that she was at -the time of tier death a resident of
<br />Hall County, Nebr�i.ska; that she died seized of an estate of inheritance located in Fall County,
<br />Nebraska, as hereinafter stated; that more than two years have elapsed since her ,4death; that no
<br />application has been made in the state of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of her
<br />estate,, and that no administration thereof 'has been had In file state of iebraska.
<br />The court further finds that said deceased left surviving her as her only heirs at law, the
<br />f of low i.ngpersons:
<br />John F. Hall, her widower, said petitioner, of Grai,a Island, Nebraska; Gideon
<br />J. Hall, a son, of Kearney, Nebraska; Bernice B. Smith, a daughter, of Corondo, California; and
<br />Lillie V. Amick, a daughter of Loup City, Nebraska; and that all of said heirs are more than twen-
<br />ty -five years of age.
<br />The court further fir.as that said Caroline Hall. deceased, was the mother of all of said
<br />children, ana John F. Hall, said petitioner, the fattier of all of said children.
<br />The court further finds that said deceased aied seized in fee simple title (being an estate
<br />of inheritance) of the following; described real estate, being an undivided one -half interest them
<br />in situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:-
