It is further adjudged, considered and decreed that the title and possession of said premises be, and the same are hereby forever quieted and confirmed in the said plaintiff, and that the said defendants and each and all of them, and all persons claiming; under or through glen or any of them, are hereby forever enjoined from claiming any interest, right, title or possess- ion in said premises adverse to that of said plaintiff or from interrupting her use or enjoyment thereof, and that said defendants and each and all of them are barred from setting up or assert- ing any right, title or interest in or to said premises, or any part thereof, adverse to the rights and title of said plaintiff, and that the saia defendants, Joan Barrett and Minnie Barrett his wife, are hereby ordered and required to convey said premises within twenty days from this date, to said plaintiff, by good and sufficient deed of conveyance, and failing so to do that this decree shall stand-in lieu of such conveyance, and shall pass to said plaintiff an absolute title in fee of said above - described premises.
