It is further adjudged, considered and decreed that the title and possession of said <br />premises be, and the same are hereby forever quieted and confirmed in the said plaintiff, and <br />that the said defendants and each and all of them, and all persons claiming; under or through glen <br />or any of them, are hereby forever enjoined from claiming any interest, right, title or possess- <br />ion in said premises adverse to that of said plaintiff or from interrupting her use or enjoyment <br />thereof, and that said defendants and each and all of them are barred from setting up or assert- <br />ing any right, title or interest in or to said premises, or any part thereof, adverse to the <br />rights and title of said plaintiff, and that the saia defendants, Joan Barrett and Minnie Barrett <br />his wife, are hereby ordered and required to convey said premises within twenty days from this <br />date, to said plaintiff, by good and sufficient deed of conveyance, and failing so to do that <br />this decree shall stand-in lieu of such conveyance, and shall pass to said plaintiff an absolute <br />title in fee of said above - described premises.
