<br />It further appearing that said Peter Rubendall died seised of the following described real-

<br />estate, to-wit: The NwJ of section 33 In Township 25 North of Range 47; the Nef, of section 4,
<br />Township 25 Nodh of Range 49; and undivided one half interest in the SWJ of Section 35, Township
<br />25 N. Of Range 48, excepting five acres in the southwest corner of said section 35 described as
<br />follows: Commencing the southwest corner of said section 35 in Township 25 N. Range 48,thencE
<br />running north along the west line of said section. 35, 32 rods; thence
<br />gunning east at right angles 25 rods; thence running south at right angles 32 rods to the south
<br />line of said section 35, thence running west along the south line of said section 25 rods to the
<br />point of beginning;
<br />An undivided one-half interest in the NWJ of section 32, Township 26 North of Range 49 West
<br />of the 6th P.M., all of whcill said land is situated in Box Butte County, Nebraska, also the "i
<br />of section 20, the EJ of Section 17, the SwJ of section 29, and the EJ of Ej of Section 30, all
<br />in township 16 North of Range 8, In Nance County, Nebraska, also the E, of SW-fl of section 16
<br />township 12 N. Range 10, in Hall County, Nebraska; that said Anna M. Rubendall, Ward M. Rubendall
<br />and Clarence Rubendall are the only heirs of said Peter Rubendall, deceased; IT IS THEREFORE OR-
<br />DERED that said land above described be assigned to said Anna M. Rubendall, Ward M. Rubendall
<br />and Clarence Rubendall, share and share alike, as tenants in common.

<br />Ward V. Rubendall and Clarence Rubendall, for the amounts adjudged to be due them by this court,
<br />from the residue of said estate, according to the order duly entered herein on the 12th day of
<br />June 1916, it is hereby ordered that said Anna M. Rubendall, administratrix, be and she hereby
<br />is didcharged from any further duties of administration, and the sureties upon her official bond
<br />be released from any further liability thereon.
