<br />late of said county, departed this life intestate, being at the time of his death an inhabitant
<br />of said Box Butte County, by reason whereof the granting of administration of his said estate
<br />doth devolve upon the county court of said Box Butte County:
<br />Now, therefore, you are hereby appointed administratrix of said estate, with full authority
<br />to collect, demand., and recover all goods, chattels, rights, credits, and effects of said Peter
<br />Rubendall, deceased, wherever the same may be found in this state. Within three months from this
<br />date you will make and return to tnis court a true inventory, under oath, of all the real estate
<br />and all ,goods, chattels, rights, and credits of the deceased which shall come into your possessio
<br />or the possession of any other person for you; and you will pay the debts allowed against the es-
<br />tate, or such dividends thereon as may be ordered by the court, and render a just and true accoun
<br />of your administration within one year from this date, and do and perform all acts required of
<br />you by law.

<br />I, L.A.Perry county judge, of said county, in said state, hereby notify all persons having
<br />claims and demands against the estate of the said Peter Rubendall, deceased, that I have set and
<br />appointed the following days for the reception, examination, and adjustment of said claims and de
<br />mands,, as provided by law, at tine Country Court Room in Alliance, Nebraska, Box Butte County, to
<br />wit: August 2, 1915 And all personsppinterested in said estate will appear at said time and
<br />place, and duly present their said claims and demands in the manner required by law, or show
<br />cause for not so doing; and in case any of said claims shall not be presented by February 3rd,
<br />1916; the same shall be forever barred.
