<br />law of the said Peter Rubendall, late of said County of Box Butte, deceased, respectfully rep -
<br />resents unto the court, that said Peter Rubendall departed this life at Alliance, Box Butte,Coun
<br />ty, Nebraska, on the 13th day of May 1915; that he was, immediately preceding his death, a resi-
<br />dent and inhabitant of said County of Box Butte, and was possessed of personal property in said
<br />County of about the value of #13,600.00, and real estate situated and being in said County of
<br />about the value of 05000,00
<br />Your petitioner further shows that no last will and Testament of the said Peter Rubendall
<br />has been discovered, nor has your Petitioner knowledge of the existence of any last Will and
<br />Testament, and your petitioner believes that said Peter Rubendall died intestate; the said Peter
<br />Rubendall left him surviving, Anna M. Rubendall, a widow of Alliance, Box Butte County, Nebraska
<br />Clarence Rubendall, a
