<br />IN TEE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />in the matter of the estate of)
<br />FINAL, DECREE.
<br />WILLIAM Ii.JOHNSON, DECEASED.)
<br />Now on this 1st day of July, 1916, this cause came on for hear -'
<br />Ing upon the final report of Bayard H.Paine, Administrator of the estate of william H. Johnson,
<br />decased.
<br />On consideration of the files and records and on examination of said report the court
<br />finds as follows:
<br />That notice was given to all persons interestedof the filing of said report and of the t
<br />fixed for final settlement of said estate, as required by the order of court dated June 14,1916;
<br />That said final report is correct and ought to be allowed;
<br />That the administrator has accounted for property coming into his hands and that no
<br />or other property remains in the possession of said administrator;
<br />That notice was given to all creditors of the said William H.Johnson, deceased, of the
<br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased;
<br />That the time limited for filing claims against said estate has fully expired;
<br />That no claims of any nature were filed against said estate;
<br />That all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed, if any such there be,
<br />are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />'The court finds that the said William H.Johnson departed this life intestate, on the 6th
<br />day of September, 1914, being at the time of his death a resident of harper County, Oklahoma, and
<br />being the owner of real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />.Lot Number Five (5) in Block Twenty —three (23), in Russel Wheeleres Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island.
<br />The Court finds that the said William H.Johnson left surviving him as his heirs at law,
<br />and his only hiirs ��it law, LewiEt A. Gray, a nephew, Bnory D Gray, a nephew, Dennis D. Gray, a
<br />nephew, and Mary E. VanCampen, a niece, all children of Catherine Gray, a sister of said William
<br />H. Johnson; that said deceased left no widow and no children and no child of a deceased child sur
<br />viving him, and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, said above described real
