Corbin and IA. T. Garlow, executors of the last will and <br />testament of Elbert Corbin, deceased, the proof on file snowing that notice has been given to all <br />persons interested in the estate of said deceased. i! <br />On consideration of the report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects and <br />ought to be allowed; that the executors have accounted for all of the estate of deceased which came <br />into their hands and have aistributed the sane among those entitled to share in the estate under <br />the terms of the will, and that there remains no money or other property in their possession for i <br />f <br />distribution. P <br />The Court finds treat notice was given to all creditors of the time allowed and place appoint <br />ed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased as required by law; that the time limi- <br />I <br />j ted for f ilin-- claims has fully expired; t:'lat all claims filed and allowed against said estate ha e <br />been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against the said Elbert Corbin, de- <br />ceased, i an such there be are therefore forever barred. <br />ceased, not so file f y , <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court all persons are forever harred` from <br />filinT or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Elbert Corbin, deceased, and tea <br />zaid estate is fully settled and closed. <br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the executors be and <br />the same Hereby is allowed as and for their final account. <br />f <br />The court finds that the said Elbert Corbin departed this life on the 14th day of January, <br />1915, being at tree time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last <br />will anu testament which instrument was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 29th day of <br />January, 1915. <br />The court finds tnat the said Elbert Corbin was at the time of his death tale owner of the <br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block Twelve (12), in Arnold & Abbott's Addition to Grand Is- <br />land, and that under and by virtue of the authority vested in them the executors have sold and <br />conveyed said real estate and have accounted for the proceeus of the sale in their final report. <br />The court finds that the said Elbert Corbin left 3urviv ng him as his heirs at law and le <br />tees under the will, t'ze .following named peesons: <br />Justice Noyes Corbin, a son, Royal A.
