In the matter of tie estate of Elbert Corbin, Deceased. Now on this 29th dayof July, 1916. this cause come on for hear - upon the final report of Royal A. Corbin and IA. T. Garlow, executors of the last will and testament of Elbert Corbin, deceased, the proof on file snowing that notice has been given to all persons interested in the estate of said deceased. i! On consideration of the report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that the executors have accounted for all of the estate of deceased which came into their hands and have aistributed the sane among those entitled to share in the estate under the terms of the will, and that there remains no money or other property in their possession for i f distribution. It is further considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the executors be and the same Hereby is allowed as and for their final account. f The court finds that the said Elbert Corbin departed this life on the 14th day of January, 1915, being at tree time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last will anu testament which instrument was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 29th day of January, 1915. The court finds tnat the said Elbert Corbin was at the time of his death tale owner of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block Twelve (12), in Arnold & Abbott's Addition to Grand Is- land, and that under and by virtue of the authority vested in them the executors have sold and conveyed said real estate and have accounted for the proceeus of the sale in their final report.
