And the South -east Quarter (SET') of the North -east Quarter (NE4 ), and the North -east Quarter (NE4) of the South -east Quarter (SEj), of Section Twenty -three (23), in Township Twelve (12) Nort of Range Eleven (11), West of the Sixth P.M. The South One -half (S4) of the North -west Quarter (NWT) of Section Thirty -six (36) in Town- ship Twelve (12 ),North of Range Eleven (11), West of the Sixth P.M. The Court finds that under the terms and provisions of ti1e last will and testament of the said Joseph Russell, the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the testator, in the manner following: To Ellen Russell, widow of the said Joseph Russell, the use, income, profits and rent of all of said real estate during the term of her natural life. To John Russell, son of the testator, the South -east Quarter of Section Twenty- six,in -Town- ship Twelve, in Range Eleven, in Hall County, Nebraska, in fee, subject however to the payment by the said John Russell of the sum of One Thousand Dollars to Margaret Russell, daughter of the tes tator, and subject to the life estate..devised to Ellen Russell. To Dargaret Russell, daughter of the aaid Joseph Russell, The South -east Quarter of the North -east Quarter and the North -east Quarter of the South -east Quarter of Section Twenty- three, in Township Twelve, in Range Eleven, in Hall County, Nebraska, subject, however to the-life es- tate bequeathed to the said Ellen Russell. To Mary Russell, daughter of tze testator, the South -half of the North -west Quarter of Sec- tion Thirty-six, in Township Twelve, in Range Eleven, in Hall County, Nebraska, subject, however, to the life estate devised to the said Ellen Russell and subject to the payment by the said Mary Russell to Margaret Russell of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars. It is therefore considered by the court that the above described real estate did pass by operation of the last will and testament of Joseph Russell, at his death, as follows: To Ellen :Russell a life estate therein. To John Russell the SE4 of Section 26, in Township 12, in Range 11, in Hall County, Nebr in fee, subject to the life estate of Ellen Russell therein, and subject to the payment of One Thousand Dollars to Margaret Russell. The court finds from receipt filed that John Russell has paid 'rargaret Russell said $1000.00 To Margaret Russell the SE4 of the NE4 and the NE-1 of the SE' of Section 23, in Township 12, in Range 11, in Hall County, Nebraska, in fee subject to the life estate of the sAid Ellen Russel in and to said real estate.
