YU AND DEGREE RECORD No. FINAL DECREE:' '* IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. In the Matter of the Estate of) F I N A L D E C R E E. Susan Button, deceased.) Now, on this 29th day of June, 1916, this cause came on for hearing on the final report and petition of Portor J. Button, administrator of said estate, for settlement thereof, and it appearing from the proof on file herein that all persons interested i said estate had accepted notice, in writing, of the filing of said report and petition, and re- quested that same be approved and further notice thereof be waived,the court, upon examination, finds that said report is in all respects correct, and should be allowed and approved. The court further finds from the proof on file herein, that due and legal notice, as required) by law and the orders of this court, has been given to all persons having claims against said es -1 tate of the time ana place for filing fame; that said time has expired, and that there are no un- paid claims filed against same; that the costs of administration have been paid by said aaminis- trator, and that all other claims or debts against said estate, if any such exist, are forever barred a.na precluded. The court further finds twat said deceased died seized in fee simple of an undivided one- third interest in the Southeast quarter of Section Four (4), Township Nine (9), North, Range Ten (10) West, in Hall County, Nebraska, and an undivided one -third interest in Lots Five and Six (5 and 6), Block On@ (1), in the village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, as shown by the re- corded plat thereof; that she left no surviving spouse, but did leaving surviving her, as her onl heirs at law, her children as follows: Alice J. Markham, her daughter, and James R.Button and Porter J. Button, her sons, all of whom are over 21 years of age. Tie court further finds that said deceased died, intestate, in Hall County, Nebraska, and th upon her death the above described real estate passed and descended, by operation of law, to said above described heirs, one -third part to each. The court further finds that said administrator has accounted for all an� singular the.proper ty and money coming into his hands, and that there remains in his hands the sum of $122.30 for di tribution, and that same should be divided equally between the above named heirs, $40.76 to each same, and said administrator is directed to distribute said money accordingly. It is, therefore, by the court adjudged, decreed and considered that said final report of sa administrator be, aria same hereby is, approved and confirmed; that said administrator make distri bution of said balance remaining in his hands, as above stated, and file his receipts therefor in this court; that above described real estate and the interest of said deceased therein passed an descended upon the death of said deceased, by operation of law, to her above named children, in equal ,shares, one -third part to each, and same is hereby so awarded to them; that upon the filing of sai receipts from said heirs of their distributive shares in said balance, remaining in the hands of said administrator, in tAis court, said estate will be closed, said administrator discharged, and his bond released. That all claims not filed against said estate, are forever barrea andprecluded. J. H. Mullin County Judge. It further appearing from the proof on file herein, that said administrator has filed receipt; from all of the above reamed heirs for their distributive shares in said estate, as heretofore foun said estate is finally closed, said administrator discharged, and his bond released.
