� MU AND DECREE RECORD No. y <br />Grand Island. That he now holds and with his grantors and those in privity with him, have held, <br />occupied and possessed said ,property for a period of more than ten years before the commencement <br />of this action. That auring such time he and his grantors and those in privity with him, have hel <br />said land continuously in open, notorious, exclusive, ana adverse possession and occupancy, under <br />claim of title to said land. <br />The court further finds that at this time and at the time of bringing this action, said <br />plaintiff was in possession of the above described real property, and that he had the legal es- <br />tate in and was entitled to the possession of the same. That neither the defendants nor any one <br />of them have any estate in or are entitled to the possession of any of said real estate or any <br />part thereof. And that the plaintiff is entitled in law and equity to have his title and possess -'. <br />ion in said premises quieted, as against each and every one of said defendants, as prayed for in <br />his petition. <br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the title and the possession of the <br />said Lucius Roy Brininger to all and singular the premises aforedescribed, to -wit: Fractional <br />lot five (5) in fractional block twenty -one (21) of H. G. Clark's addition to Grand Island; frac- <br />tional lot six (6) in block twenty -two (22) of Russel WieelerPs addition to Grand Island, be and <br />the same <br />are <br />quieted <br />against <br />the <br />defendants and each of <br />them <br />and every one of <br />them. <br />That any pur- <br />ported <br />claim, <br />right <br />or title <br />of <br />the said William Winans, <br />Anna <br />Winans, and the <br />other <br />defendants <br />and each of them are hereby cancelled, declared void and of no effect and' held for naught. That <br />the defendants and all persons claiming by, through or unaer them, and each of them are forever <br />barred and enjoined from asserting any right, title or interest in or to said premises, or any <br />part thereof against the plaintiff. <br />It is hereby further declared and adjuagea that the defendants and each of them have no <br />estate or interest whatever in or to said land, ana that the title of the plaintiff is good and <br />valid and that the plaintiff ISbereby declared to be the owner in fee simple and entitled to the <br />;right, title and possession of said land. <br />It is further considered by the court that the plaintiff pay the costs of this action, <br />!taxed in the sum of X20.95. <br />James N.
